The Good Old Days. The late 80's early 90's.
Photos arranged in some sorts of grouping. They are all from a time passed. These start with Castlepoint. So why not start with one of me there.
You've had one of me so why not two of Dale. This is the nice one with the Lighthouse in the background.
We were motor bike buddies at the time.
Speaking of bikes here they are. Notice we've been doing front end (brake) slides in the sand.
Bikes and lighthouse. In this one you can see that we power slid around before sliding to a stop.
View from the top. It looks like we were flying, but I know we weren't.
Now we're into colour. Most of these are older than the black and whites. On the way back you go over a narrow one lane bridge (near Tinui). There is a sharp right hander after the bridge. This is what you see as you approach the bridge.
When you go to fast over the bridge this is where you end up. At the time the drain was full of water. We took this photo about a year later, but you can still see the line the bike took.

Dale XR ing in the hills of JVille. No the XR is NOT a 2-stroke. I had the XR after the Vespa and before the GSX around the time of the LC.
Here's one of Jacquie. This photo ties in because it was taken on a trip to Castlepoint that me Jacquie made. It was taken in cafe on top of the Rimatukas. I guess that's why those days ended, because of relationships. Dale went to Australia. I had the GSX before Jacquie and I still have it now.
